Quoting the words of former Prime Minister Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, “I dream of an India that is prosperous, strong and caring. An idea, that regains a place of honour in the comity of great nations.”Living the words of the great leaders like him, S.D. Vidya Mandir, HUDA, Panipat held a Card Making activity for classes I-V, where children not only drew and coloured the portraits of our great martyrs but also learned about their unforgettable sacrifices. They were made to understand the value of this great day and how they can incarnate themselves towards the great deed. A short movie about India’s freedom struggle was also showcased to make them aware about the value of freedom and to stimulate the passion for the same. All in all, it was a great day where we the S. D. Vians paid our tribute to our immortal freedom fighters.
