The promotion of quality education is a very noble cause and Shri S.D. Education Society (Regd.), Panipat is a pioneer Society promoting quality education in the city. It has the honour of running Nine Educational Institutions having a total strength of about 20,000 students. S.D. Senior Secondary School is the first institution incepted in the year 1946, followed by S. D. (PG) College in the year 1969. In the year 1983, a co-educational English Medium Public School, affiliated with CBSE named and styled Maharaja Aggarsen Sanatan Dharam (MASD), was opened. Keeping in view the increasing demand of students, the society started two other institutions named S. D. Vidya Mandir, HUDA and S. D. Vidya Mandir City. The S. D. Society realised the necessity of a Multi-dimensional Institution of Technology and Management and opened S. D. APIIT, S.D Institute of Pharmacy and S. D. Institute of Medical Sciences. The recent accomplishment of the society is the best-in-class academic establishment in the city i.e. S. D. International Public School.
